Signal Analytics (not to be confused with Signal Analytics of Palo Alto, CA) was founded in 1988. In 1997 they merged with Scanalytics, the biological imaging division of CSP, Inc. (Billerica, MA), to form a new corporation, Scanalytics, Incorporated.
