ParAllele has developed a highly multiplexed SNP genotyping technology based on the Oligo Ligation Assay (OLA). What makes their technology different is that the two OLA primers are combined into a single long oligo. Currently (9/2003) their assay requires the use of Affymetrix universal arrays.
