Mimotopes was founded as a spinout from Commonwealth Serum Laboratories as a subsidiary in 1988 as Coselco Mimotopes. They were sold to Chiron in 1991 and were known over the years as Chiron Mimotopes, Chiron Mimotopes Peptide Systems, Chiron Technologies. In 2000 Mimotopes was sold to MitoKor. In 2002 they were acquired by Fisher Scientific. |
