Incyte develops genomics databases and libraries.

History:

Incyte sold off their microarray business to Quark Biotech in 6/2002. Incyte is still around. They are just going through a bit of "rebranding" and have dropped the Genomics appellation to reflect their broadened mission (12/2002). Early 2004 update: what was the "original" Incyte doesn't really exist anymore. Their recent pharmaceutical focus has led them to shutter their original Palo Alto facilities. In early 2005 they sold their subsidiary Proteome (which they acquired in 2000) to Biobase.
