Global Genomics Capital (GGC) went through a reverse merger with CytRx, an Atlanta-based pharmaceutical company (a public shell company) to become the "new" CytRx.
Prior to this merger, GGC owned positions in Blizzard Genomics and Psynomics. CytRx held these companies through their wholly owned subsidiary GGC Pharmaceuticals until they wrote off those investments in 2003. |
