Bertek Pharmaceuticals is the branded therapeutics division of Mylan Laboratories.
History:
Bertek started out as a transdermal drug delivery company. They were purchased by Mylan Laboratories, and the Bertek name was used for Mylan's branded therapeutics division. The transdermal company that was Bertek is now known as Mylan Technologies.
