Aurora Instruments was created to commercialize the instrumentation of Aurora Biosciences after that company had been bought out by Vertex Pharmaceuticals. The assets have since been bought out by Aurora Discovery, who then changed their name to Aurora Biotechnologies.
They were acquired by Nexus Biosystems in 2010. |
